VANCOUVER, BC – Vancouver Whitecaps FC face a big test against a Western Conference rival on Saturday when they host St. Louis CITY SC at BC Place, with the match presented by Blast Media.

Kid Captain
Whitecaps FC are honoured to have Kaylani Harper Johnson from Girls Who LEAP as Kid Captain for Saturday’s home match against St. Louis CITY SC.
Kaylani is proud to represent her Ojibwe, Kenyan and Norwegian roots. Her traditional Saulteaux name is Zhaaw Ikwe which translates to southern girl. Her favourite sports are soccer and basketball. Kaylani loves to try and learn new things. This summer, she started up golf, lacrosse, flag football, canoeing and joined a running club. She wants to remind girls everywhere that there is nothing you can’t do! When she is not playing sports, you can find Kaylani dressed up to sing and dance.

Saturday's supporter of the match will be Raisa Ruiz from Rain City Brigade.
Raisa has been a supporter and season ticket member for three years, cherising being present in Seattle when the 'Caps won the Cascadia Cup this year.
