The Flex Plans allow you to tailor your Whitecaps FC matchday experience to your schedule and preferences. By placing a $100 deposit, you will secure priority access to choose the flexible ticket plan that works best for you when packages are released.
How does the $100 deposit work?
The $100 deposit reserves your spot and gives you priority to select from available Flex Plans once they are released. The deposit will be applied as a credit toward your chosen Flex Plan.
What types of Flex Plans are available?
We are introducing a range of flexible plans for the 2025 season. Details of available plans will be shared soon, and your deposit ensures you’re first in line to choose.
Is the deposit refundable?
No, the $100 deposit is non-refundable. However, it will be applied toward the cost of your Flex Plan once you select one.
What happens after I place my deposit?
Once you’ve placed your deposit, you will be assigned a dedicated sales representative. They will send updates and notifications about the release of Flex Plan options. You’ll also gain access to an exclusive priority window to make your selection before plans are available to the public.
Can I use my deposit for multiple plans?
The $100 deposit applies to one Flex Plan. If you’d like to secure priority for multiple plans, you’ll need to place a deposit for each.
What if I don’t find a plan that suits me?
We will have a variety of flexible options, so there will be something to suit every single fan. If none of the available plans meet your needs, your $100 deposit can be used toward single-game tickets or other Whitecaps FC ticketing options.
Can I transfer my tickets to someone else?
