Whitecaps FC Season Memberships include 17 regular season home matches and, subject to competition qualification/scheduling, up to 3 bonus home matches from either the Concacaf Champions Cup, Leagues Cup and/or TELUS Canadian Championship.
Q: How do I access my 2026 Membership Tickets?
A: You can access your tickets by logging into your Whitecaps Account Manager selecting the “Manage Tickets” tab.
Q: When will I receive my 2026 season tickets?
A: Your 2026 Membership Tickets will be available in your Whitecaps Account Manager by early February 2026.
A: To make it seamless to secure your tickets, your seats, and the preferred season member rate for the upcoming season, your current Season Ticket Membership will automatically renew for the following season unless you opt out.
Q: When do payments start?
A: Payments are based on a September 15 start each year for the upcoming season. If you sign up after September 15th, a catch-up payment will be required.
Q: What is General Admission (GA)?
A: General Admission (GA) seating is allocated each match on a first-come, first-served basis. Half of Section 253 and all of Section 254 in the West Side section will be General Admission.
Q: Who are the supporters' groups and how do I become a member?
A: Our Supporters Groups sing, chant, wave flags and stand throughout the match, helping cheer the ‘Caps to success. Whitecaps FC have five main supporters’ groups:

Q: What days are the games?
A: Most Whitecaps FC MLS games are played on Saturday, with a select few matches played on weeknights and/or Sundays.
Q: What activities are there at the stadium?
A: Enjoy pre-match festivities and entertainment on Terry Fox Plaza including music, face painting and games during select matches, be the first to welcome the team at the Player Arrival, special concourse activations from our partners, fan friendly kids’ combos and value menu items.
Q: How do I cancel my Season Membership?
A: To cancel, Members must complete and submit the cancellation form a minimum of 30 days prior to their desired date of cancellation.

Q: How do I transfer my tickets?
A: You can easily transfer tickets through your Whitecaps Account Manager. Just log in, navigate to the "Manage Tickets" tab, and follow the steps to send your tickets to friends or family.
Q: Can I resell my tickets?
No, Premium Members are not permitted to resell tickets as per the terms and conditions of their Membership Agreement or premium License Agreement, as applicable.
