How do I get my umbrella?
Your Whitecaps FC umbrella will be available for pickup our Gastown store from November 29. The store is open Wednesday to Sunday from 11am to 5pm. It is closed Monday’s, Tuesday’s, and Public Holidays.
Is the Holiday Bundle available for all seating sections?
The bundle is available in our White, Teal, and Yellow sections. The bundles start from $118, with seating options available at various price points depending on location. Availability is limited, so we recommend purchasing early to secure the best seats.
Can I purchase multiple bundles?
Absolutely! You can buy as many bundles as you’d like, making it a great gift for friends and family who love soccer.
How do I manage my online tickets?
You can manage your tickets through your account manager at www.whitecapsfc.com/accountmanager. The tickets will be added into your account by the end of January 2025.
Is the bundle transferable or giftable?

No. There is a strict no reselling policy with Whitecaps FC Tickets.
What forms of payment do you take?
We take all major credit cards (VISA, AMEX, Mastercard). We can also accept cheques if they are received 30 days prior to the match.
Can I print my tickets?
No, all our tickets are mobile.
What happens if I can’t attend one of the selected matches?
